“What's unique about Turtle Creek manor is our togetherness. We feel more like a family.”

Our clients are 18 years or older and have mental illness, chemical dependency, or both. About 90% have both mental and substance abuse disorders. Most of our clients are indigent - 65% are homeless. We accept a few private pay or private insurance clients. Our clients are referred by a variety of sources; most clients are self-referred.
